Terry Segal's Monthly Drumming Workshops
Experience the benefits of drumming, self-expression, creativity and play. All levels of drumming experience are welcome.
Program Focus: - Learn West African Ensemble rhythms, global grooves and accompaniment parts on world percussion; claves, bells and
shakers - infused with your own creativity and unique voice. Develop hand drumming (djembe and dundun) techniques. Gain confidence
playing in a group, listening, communication and leadership development. Connect with yourself and others through music. Have FUN!
Some djembes are provided or bring your own.
Time: 7:30 to 9:15 pm  Wednesdays
Cost: 3 classes $60 + HST ($67.80) or single class $25 + HST = $28.25

Discover your Inner Self
According to Native American legend, the horse is a gift from eagle making the difference between a prosperous life and a struggle to survive.
Horses inspire our dreams and awaken our creativity. In this two-day introductory workshop in facilitated equine therapy you will expand your
awareness, learn the message behind your emotions, learn to set healthy boundaries, and experience authentic community. This workshop
brings you together with horses in a fun, safe, and unique experience. All of the exercises are done on the ground. No horse experience is
necessary.
Workshop dates: August 13-14, 2011. 9:30 - 5:30 daily. Tuition: $390 plus taxes, includes lunches, snacks, all horse activities and materials.

Restorative Yoga Workshop
Relax your body, restore your energy, rejuvenate your spirit and clear space within. This will be an intimate class wherein you will move your
body through a series of restorative poses with Tracy Currie (
Metta Movement Arts). Every student will receive hands-on Thai Yoga Massage
style assists to help deepen the experience and release into each restorative.

BellyLaugh: The Yoga of Laughter
