I’m happy to be offering my Peaceful Mind workshop at MiBody Health and Fitness on Saturday, May 18th, 2019.
I welcome you to join us, pausing chores and resting worrisome thoughts, to practice mindful centering. This 90-minute workshop explores principles and introduces techniques of mindfulness, joyfulness, detachment, compassion, and positive intending that you can continue as a daily practice to free and lift your mind, heart, and spirit.

The door will be open between 11:15 and 11:30 am, so please plan to arrive five to ten minutes early to ensure you are able to access the workshop.
Note to participants: There is nothing required of you in terms of preparation. Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing and leave your cell and other electronic media turned off during the workshop. If others have urgent reason to be able to reach you, please speak with myself to make arrangements that will not disturb other participants.
